Anxiety and panic attacks is a relatively short period of fear very intense and can begin with an unpleasant sensation in the throat and a sudden breathlessness. anxiety and panic attacks usually last for 10 minutes, but the most serious attacks can last up to two hours. They can be part of an underlying anxiety disorder, such as phobias (irrational fear of, for example, crowds or open spaces), obsessive compulsive (recurring repetitive thoughts and behaviors), posttraumatic stress disorder, depression or other psychological problems. Or anxiety can arise as a result of the pressure at work, at school, at home or even when you have a great event or change in your life such as death of a loved one or divorce.
